One month after the Administration’s proposed “Compact” for preferential relations with Washington in exchange for specific policy reforms on campus, we have seen a plethora of reactions from enthusiastic embrace to total rejection, and every stance in between. What happens next? Our special guest for this month’s Forum is Steven McGuire. Steve is the Levy Fellow for Campus Freedom at the American Council of Trustees and Alumni (ACTA) in Washington, D.C., where he has closely followed both the pulse of policy and the range of reaction on campus.
